In our darkest moments, everything seems out-of-control. Anxiety, depression, and overwhelm can be paralyzing.

In our greater environment, change is the only constant. Navigating personal growth is an uncomfortable process. As a psychotherapist, I offer a container, tools and support for clients to release the limiting beliefs that keep us stuck.

Through the application of holistic methods and the solid foundation of a trusting therapeutic relationship, we work together to facilitate a shift towards healing.

Some of my areas of
expertise include:

  • Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Trauma Recovery, and overall mental health management
  • Using awareness of nature, cycles, and seasons to navigate change and meet goals
  • Incorporating holistic approaches such as EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, Yoga Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
  • Supporting parental mental health, in the perinatal period and beyond
  • Bolstering self-esteem through challenging and changing self-talk
  • Cultivating a healthy relationship with food and the body
  • Adjusting to life transitions such as college, marriage, parenthood, divorce, job loss and career changes
  • Increasing assertiveness and learning to set boundaries
  • Applying mindfulness throughout our lives in order to be more present and engaged
  • Identifying client’s strengths and aligning with your highest self in order to create a meaningful life you love
