This course includes a series of three, two-hour workshop sessions and one personal, 30 minute 1:1 coaching session to review any questions and tailor skills to your needs.
Session 1: Daily Cycles and Self-Care
Session 2: Weekly Self-care practices and Monthly Cycles
Session 3: Seasonal and Lifetime cycles
Each session will include psychoeducation, coping skills, interactive and creative activities from the workbook as well as time for questions, discussion, and connection. Sessions will close with meditation, relaxation and yoga-based practices.
Due to the nature of this coaching group, sessions will not be recorded for confidentiality.
