It’s the first full week since we’ve been told to socially distance due to COVID. This has been a stressful time of adjustment and uncertainty to say the least. I wanted to share these coping skills with those who may need tips to emotionally regulate and manage anxiety. I’ve created a worksheet as well for you to keep track of how these skills work for you. Not every skill will work, so it’s important to try several to figure out what belongs in your toolbox. I’ll be offering these free webinars every week with new skills and topics on Wednesdays at noon – 1pm, you can join live to interact, ask questions, and offer support to others.
